It is our pleasure to announce that the Institute of Accounting, Control and Auditing (ACA) at the University of St.Gallen will hold its second ACA Symposium from 7th to 9th November 2018. In line with the University’s motto “From Insight to Impact”, the Symposium offers an ideal platform for researchers and practitioners to gather and discuss current and future challenges in accounting both within the academic community and with professional experts. <\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SPEAKERS: We have invited the following keynote speakers:<\/em><\/p>\n

–          Prof. Dr. Utz Schäffer, WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management<\/em><\/p>\n

–          Professor Giampaolo Gabbi PhD, Bocconi University<\/em><\/p>\n

REGISTRATION: Registration for the Symposium will close on 5 November 2018. The participation fee amounts to 250 CHF (120 CHF for doctoral students).<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PAPER SUBMISSION: Experienced as well as young researchers and doctoral students are invited to submit their papers and contribute to two days of plenary discussions, scientific workshops and informal exchanges. We welcome papers in the areas of financial accounting, management accounting, auditing, corporate finance as well as governance. Papers can be submitted in either German or English until 29 June 2018.
