DESCRIPTION
\n\tThe conference chairs invite submissions of excellent research papers for presentation consideration at the Financial Management & Accounting Research Conference 2022 that will take place in Paphos, Cyprus on June 19 – 21, 2022 (only in physical presence). FMARC 2022 is jointly organised by Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) and King’s College London (KCL). In addition to the regular academic sessions, the program will include plenary talks (Heitor Almeida, Carol Alexander and Jeffrey Callen), a PhD Mentorship session (Claudia Custodio, Ioannis Floros) and social events.<\/p>\n
\tTOPICS
\n\tThe conference aims to stimulate and bring together esteemed academics all over the world to present original research (both theoretical and empirical) in all areas of finance and accounting and their intersection.<\/p>\n
\tBEST PAPER AWARDS
\n\tThe following awards will be presented based on recommendations by the scientific committee and conference chairs: Conference Best Paper ($1,500), Best Paper in Finance ($1,000), Best Paper in Accounting ($1,000) and Best Doctoral Paper ($1,500). The prizes are supported by the «XM Research Awards» scheme aiming to recognize outstanding scientific work presented during the conference.<\/p>\n
\tPUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
\n\tThe conference best paper will be invited to the British Journal of Management for publication consideration. The journal of Accounting and Business Research will receive the best paper in accounting for potential publication.<\/p>\n
\tIMPORTANT DATES
\n\tThe submission deadline is Monday, 30 January 2022 at 11pm CET.
\n\tAuthors will be notified about the outcome of the reviewing process before Friday, 4 March 2022.<\/p>\n
