Not only has the pandemic reshaped numerous norms, but traditional drivers of change (e.g., technology, regulatory, environment, financial) also consistently continue to impact the business world. In a world undergoing massive societal changes, enterprises are scrambling to respond and remain sustainable, having to rethink their business models, value chains and value propositions. These responses can be viewed as attempts by enterprises to future proofing themselves against a variety of different futures.
