Authors should send a Word or PDF file of their completed paper in English. Each submission should have the following on the cover page:<\/li>\n<li>1. Title of the paper<\/li>\n<li>2. Author\u2019s name, affiliation and E-mail address<\/li>\n<li>On the second page of the paper should be an abstract.<\/li>\n<li>Please submit your electronic version of your paper to nycuconference@gmail.com and cflee@business.rutgers.edu.
