\n\tWe conduct empirical-quantitative research in the fields of accounting, disclosure, corporate governance and auditing. Our research is published in leading international journals. We coop-erate with internationally renowned business schools in order to foster academic excellence in research and teaching.<\/div>\n

\n\tJob Description<\/strong>:<\/div>\n
\n\tAs a Post-Doctoral Researcher, you have the opportunity to pursue your own research projects as well as cooperate with fellow researchers to develop and realize new pro-jects. Thus, you contribute to the team’s international research profile. Furthermore, you will support our team in providing excellent teaching to our students at all levels. This includes de-veloping and implementing new and innovative concepts and courses that promote the introduc-tion of research related topics. The salary is competitive at the European Assistant Professor Level. German language skills are not required and the University provides a generous health insurance.<\/div>\n

\n\tYour Profile:<\/strong><\/div>\n
\n\tYou have a Ph.D. in Business Administration or a related subject (e.g. Business Information Systems) with a strong background in empirical-quantitative research. You are ex-perienced in handling and analyzing large datasets using statistical software (e.g. SAS, R or Stata). Ideally, you are also familiar with the use of programming languages such as Python. Your research potential is demonstrated by a track record or potential for publishing research in top academic journals and you have a strong teaching record as documented by good teaching evaluations.<\/div>\n
