\n\tESCP Business Schools seeks applications for a tenure-track open rank position (Assistant or Associate) in Financial Accounting with a starting date of 1st September 2021. We offer a stimulating research environment including a research seminar series, a Ph.D. program, and generous research funding. Rank and salary offered will depend on the candidate’s experience and academic achievements. Any appointment will be subject to the immigration legislation within France.<\/div>\n

\n\tRequirements<\/strong><\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\t\uf0b7 A PhD (or equivalent international degree) in financial accounting or related field (e.g.,auditing).<\/div>\n
\n\t\uf0b7 A demonstrated track record of, or demonstrated potential for, publishing financial accounting research in top academic journals.<\/div>\n
\n\t\uf0b7 A commitment for teaching excellence.<\/div>\n
\n\t\uf0b7 The drive to become a leading scholar in the field of financial accounting and\/or auditing.<\/div>\n
\n\t\uf0b7 Fluency in French or another EU working language besides English is not necessary, but highly appreciated.<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\tThose close to completion of their PhD may be considered for appointment on an exceptional basis.<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\tResponsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\tIt is anticipated that the successful applicant will contribute to discipline-based scholarship with outputs including peer reviewed publications at international standard. The successful applicant is willing to teach in our undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programmes (e.g., International Financial Reporting) at the Paris campus and is expected to participate in institutional activities such as programme development, academic service, etc. Tenure-track faculty benefits from a reduced teaching load during the first 2 years of their engagement.<\/div>\n
