Candidates must hold, or be close to completing, a PhD in Accounting or a closely related field. Successful candidates will demonstrate they have potential for excellence in accounting research and teaching, and for engagement with faculty colleagues, students, staff, and external constituents. Experienced Assistant Professors are also encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teaching may be in either English or Italian \u2013 therefore knowledge of Italian is not a prerequisite. Bocconi offers competitive compensation and benefits relative to most top European Schools. Research support and infrastructure are excellent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bocconi University (www.unibocconi.eu) is one of the most renowned and prestigious universities in Europe in the fields of Economics, Management and Law. Bocconi employs around 400 tenured faculty members and almost 700 other teachers and lecturers. The student body comprises around 8,000 undergraduate students and 5,000 graduate students. Both faculty and student bodies are increasingly internationally diverse. Milan offers an excellent lifestyle in a safe and culturally rich environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prospective candidates attending the EAA Talent Workshop for Accounting Candidates (Madrid, 11-12 November 2022) may be offered opportunities of initial interviews at these events and are strongly encouraged to submit their full applications before 10 November 2022.
