Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Department of Business Administration has an open postdoctoral position in Business
\nAdministration. The position provides an opportunity for an early-career researcher to spend two years
\ndeveloping their individual research agenda and leading their own research initiatives within a
\nmultidisciplinary research environment.
\nThe Department of Business Administration brings together scholars from a range of research areas
\nwithin business administration, including business finance, entrepreneurship and innovation studies,
\nfinancial and management accounting, management, marketing, organizational behavior, and strategic
\nmanagement, studying organizations in a broad societal perspective. The Department reflects the
\nmultidisciplinarity of business administration and the diversity of research traditions characterizing the

\nThe postdoctoral position first and foremost provides opportunities to further develop your research
\nskills, expand your expertise, and gain additional experience in your field of study. It also allows for
\neducational merit through teaching, up to 20% of working hours, and higher education pedagogical
\ntraining.
\nThe postdoctoral position is a non-tenured full-time position with research obligation, based in Lund,
\nSweden. To fulfil the research requirements of the position, you are expected to be physically present on
\na regular basis and actively participate in the research activities of the Department.
\nEligibility
\nAppointment to a postdoctoral position requires that the applicant has a doctoral degree, or an international degree deemed equivalent to a doctoral degree, in the subject area of the position. This
\neligibility requirement must be met no later than the time of the employment decision. Priority will be
\ngiven to those who have completed their degree no more than three years before the application deadline.
\nUnder special circumstances, the doctoral degree may have been obtained earlier. These circumstances
\nrefer to leave due to illness, parental leave, positions of trust in trade unions, service in the armed forces,
\nor other similar circumstances.<\/p>\n

Requirements for the position:
\n\u2022 A doctoral degree, or a foreign qualification deemed equivalent to a doctoral degree in business
\nadministration or a related field relevant to the subject area of the position, obtained no more than
\nthree years before the application deadline.<\/p>\n
