Excelia focusses on 3 interdisciplinary areas of research: Sustainable Development and CSR, Tourism Management, and Agility, Innovation and Digitalisation (AID).<\/p>\n
EXCELIA BUSINESS SCHOOL
\nintegrates sustainable development as a strategic pillar of research and its teachings . The school develops research with strong societal utility, through its institute dedicated to CSR, the IRSI (Institut de la Responsabilit\u00e9 Soci\u00e9tale par l\u2019innovation\/ Institute for Social Responsibility through Innovation). The IRSI has set itself three objectives:<\/p>\n
Contribute to the development of research in management sciences on CSR and sustainable development; Advance CSR by supporting organizations and training students; Develop standards for social responsibility. In line with our school\u2019s strategic axes, we particularly welcome candidates whose teaching areas focus on \u00ab Water management \u00bb and who have a cross disciplinary background in \u201cnatural to nurture the Blue Education Experience global initiative undertaken by the school internationally Successful candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, conduct high quality research, and contribute to our students’ academic and professional development . We value innovative teaching methods, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nA Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
\nDemonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level
\nA strong recent record of scholarly research or the potential for future scholarly achievement
\nCommitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
\nWillingness to engage in service activities within the institution and the broader academic community<\/p>\n
