Institutions of higher learning witness increasing mobility of PhD students and faculty. In addition, universities and business schools enforce non-inbreeding policies on their PhD students. Combining the strengths of the web and face-to-face initiatives, the Management Committee of the EAA launched its job market for accounting academics, the Talent Workshop, in 2015.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>There is increasing mobility of accounting academics.
