{"id":5735,"date":"2024-12-11T07:13:51","date_gmt":"2024-12-11T06:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eaa-online.org\/arc\/?p=5735"},"modified":"2025-01-27T21:26:12","modified_gmt":"2025-01-27T20:26:12","slug":"meet-the-editors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaa-online.org\/arc\/blog\/2024\/12\/11\/meet-the-editors\/","title":{"rendered":"Meet the Editors &#8211; European Accounting Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The recording is available <span style=\"color: #0099cc;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0099cc;\" href=\"https:\/\/eaa-online.org\/arc\/repository\/meet-the-editors-amir-amel-zadeh-and-matias-laine-ear\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dear EAA members,<\/p>\n<p>we are please to announce our next \u201cMeet the Editors\u201d event.\u00a0 The event is conceived to support PhD students and junior faculty in navigating the increasingly high expectations set on the quality of research work and to provide early career scholars with an opportunity to learn and discuss how to successfully manage the competitive process of paper publication.<\/p>\n<p>The EAA \u201cMeet the Editors\u201d virtual session will take place on Zoom on\u00a0<strong>January 27, 2025<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0<strong>4.00 pm CET (e.g. Brussels time),<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>featuring <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbs.ox.ac.uk\/about-us\/people\/amir-amel-zadeh\">Amir Amel-Zadeh<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuni.fi\/en\/people\/matias-laine\">Matias Laine<\/a><\/strong>, the Editors of the <a title=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/action\/journalInformation?show=aimsScope&amp;journalCode=rear20\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/action\/journalInformation?show=aimsScope&amp;journalCode=rear20\">European Accounting Review<\/a> (EAR). EAR is one of the house journals of the European Accounting Association, it has international reach and aims to provide a platform for the wider dissemination of high-quality European accounting research. EAR is open to manuscripts adopting a variety of methodological approaches, styles of research and originating in a diversity of geographical locations.<\/p>\n<p>EAR encourages the work of early academic scholars and Amir and Matias will gladly provide tips and advice on how to submit successfully to the journal.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to meeting you and the Editors!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The recording is available here.
