\n The organizers have reserved rooms for congress participants in the major hotels of Tampere. Tampere may be crowded during the congress period. Thus, you are advised to register as early as possible to secure accommodation of your choice. <\/p>\n

To obtain the special conference rates, bookings must be made on the registration form, which will be available on the congress website. <\/b><\/p>\n

Please note that most of the conference hotels are fully booked. Thus, in case the hotel you wish to book is not shown on the reservation form, it means that there is no availability for the days you have specified. In such case you need to choose one of the hotels which are shown on the form.

The Hotel Scandic Tampere City is within a 5-minute walk from the Conference Venue. The Scandic Hotel Rosendahl is located in a beautiful lakeside setting just 2 kilometres from the city centre. There are bus transfers from the Hotel Rosendahl to the Congress Venue and to the Social Events. Please consult the Getting Around section for further details on the transfer schedule.”<\/p>\n

EAA 2009 ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY<\/u><\/p>\n

Cancellation of any kind has to be made in writing to Congreszon Ltd. All refunds will be made at the exchange rate of the refund date. The organizers or the congress office cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.<\/p>\n

If a cancellation concerning accommodation is received by March 30th 2009, the deposit less a cancellation fee of EUR 50 for administrative expenses will be refunded. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after March 30th 2009.
