The <strong>deadline<\/strong> for the submission of papers is <strong>1 December 2008, 23:59&#160;GMT.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A full paper is a completely scholarly research report that could reasonably be submitted for publication in a public working paper data base such as SSRN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Papers will be subject to a <strong>double-blind review <\/strong>process by the Scientific Committee, so <strong>please do NOT include a cover page with your submission<\/strong>. Information typically provided on a cover page will be entered on the on-line submission form.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">If you submit a paper that contains any information identifying you or your co-author(s), the paper shall be removed from the system, and you will be invited to resubmit. It will be YOUR responsibility to resubmit.<\/p>\n<p>Papers can only be submitted electronically via this website (please see the page \u201cOnline Paper Submission\u201d and follow the instructions).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Papers received by postal mail, fax or in writing will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Papers should be submitted in English.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Confirmation of acceptance or rejection by the SSC will be given after 16 February 2009 and mailed to the corresponding address of the presenting author (unless another author is selected as a contact person), together with instructions for PSD, PS or RF.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The presenters of an accepted paper must register as a participant for the congress before 16 March 2009.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submission Rules Authors are invited to submit full papers.
