Place and date<br \/>\n            <\/strong><br \/>\n            The EAA&#160;Annual Congress 2013 will be held at Paris-Dauphine&#160;University&#160;from 6 to 8 May 2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>2. Terms and conditions for participating<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>            Participation is restricted to Publishing Companies and Professional Bodies. <u>Registration must be made using this application form and received no later than Monday, 25 March 2013<\/u>. Stands will be granted on the basis of available space. Your registration as exhibitor will be valid upon receipt of your application form and acceptation of your application by the Organising Committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Publishers fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Per delegate: 400\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Per booth: 1.000\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>One-page advertisement in the conference programme: 500\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Inserts in delegates&#8217; bags (one insert per bag): 350\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Advertisement on the big screen in the forum hall of the university (3 days): 300\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Company logo listed in the conference programme: free of charge<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Please note: prices do not include VAT<sup>(1)<\/sup>. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The delegate&#8217;s fee covers: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>admission to all academic sessions,<\/li>\n<li>handout materials and information package,<\/li>\n<li>tea \/ coffee breaks throughout the conference,<\/li>\n<li>conference lunches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">One table-top stand at the conference will include two tables (measures of one table: width \u2013 80cm; length \u2013 125cm) and two&#160;chairs (or more if there are more exhibitors), electricity and internet connection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Opening hours<\/strong>&#160;<\/p>\n<p>Sunday, 5&#160;May 2013 &#8211; 14.00-18.30hrs (set up)<br \/>\n            Monday, 6&#160;May 2013&#160;&#160; -&#160; 08:00-12:30hrs<br \/>\n            Tuesday, 7&#160;May 2013&#160; -&#160; 08:00-18:30hrs<br \/>\n            Wednesday, 8&#160;May 2013&#160; -&#160; 08:00-18:30hrs&#160;(break down in the afternoon)<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.&#160;Shipment and storage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) All material for the stand and (2) promotional material for the conference bags should&#160;be delivered in the week preceding the congress, and in any case, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">no later than Friday 3<sup>rd<\/sup> May 2013<\/span><\/strong>, to the organizer, indicating the following name and address:<br \/>\n            <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><br \/>\n            <\/span><\/strong>Professor Nicolas Berland<br \/>\n            Paris-Dauphine University<br \/>\n            Place du Mar\u00e9chal de Lattre de Tassigny<br \/>\n            F &#8211; 75016&#160;Paris<\/p>\n<p>            E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:nicolas.berland@dauphine.fr\">nicolas.berland@dauphine.fr<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>All delivered material must clearly indicate<\/strong>: <br \/>\n            <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>EAA 2013, name of exhibitor and the&#160;quantity number of books&#160;or leaflets. <br \/>\n            <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n            Any material not collected by the exhibitors after the conference will be disposed of. Costs of delivery, transport, insurance and compensation of any kind whatsoever shall be borne fully and by the exhibitor only. <\/p>\n<p>            All material has to be sent back from the venue till <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>15<sup>th<\/sup> May 2013<\/strong><\/span>. After the deadline material will be removed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>6.
