Hence, if you are not yet an EAA member for 2016, the system will invite you to subscribe before allowing you to submit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0080cc\"><b>Before you submit, please make sure that:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0080cc\"><b>you submit within the appropriate category and research method;<\/b> <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0080cc\"><b>no author information is mentioned on the paper; <\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0080cc\"><b>you submit your paper in PDF format (a free PDF converter is offered on this site);<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>If you submit a paper that contains any information identifying you&nbsp;or your co-author(s), the paper shall be removed from the system, and you will be invited to resubmit. It will be&nbsp;YOUR responsibility to resubmit. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0080cc\"><b>your submission meets all the requirements of the Submission Rules <\/b><\/span> <span>(please click <\/span> <span> <b><span style=\"color: #0080cc\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaacongress.org\/submission_rules\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> here<\/a>&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><span>to view the rules). <\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><u>Multiple submissions<\/u><br \/>\nBy EAA policy, each individual is limited to one personal appearance on the programme as a Presenting Author. This policy implies that an author can <i>submit<\/i> <u>and<\/u> <i>present <\/i>only one paper.
