Submission Rules – short version
(please read these rules before submitting)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
 <\/p>\n

Authors who want to submit a paper must<\/u> be EAA members<\/strong> in the year of the congress for which they submit. If you want to submit a paper for the EAA Annual Congress 2017 and you are not yet an EAA member 2017, you will be asked to subscribe for membership 2017 before being allowed to submit. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You do not have to pay the conference fee in order to submit your paper. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As a consolidated EAA policy, each individual is limited to one personal appearance on the programme as a presenting author. This policy precludes acceptance of papers for more than one presentation. In other words, an author can <\/span>submit<\/span><\/em> <\/span>and<\/span><\/u> <\/span>present<\/span><\/em> only one paper<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span>However a presenter can always be a non-presenting co-author on additional papers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Authors are invited to submit full papers. The deadline for the submission of papers is <\/span>Thursday,<\/span><\/strong> <\/span>1<\/span>st<\/span><\/sup> December 2016, 23:59 GMT.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A full paper is a complete scholarly research report that could reasonably be submitted for publication in a public working paper data base such as SSRN.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Papers will be subject to a double-blind review process by the Scientific Committee<\/strong>. So please do NOT include neither a cover page with your submission, nor any type of information that can identify you (<\/span>no name, no address, no e-mail address, no acknowledgments or thanks<\/span><\/u><\/strong>)<\/span>. Information typically provided on a cover page should only be entered on the on-line submission form. The first page of your paper should include the title of your paper, the abstract and the keywords.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There is no specific manuscript format requested and no limit to the number of pages. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Papers can only be submitted electronically<\/strong> via this website (please see the page “Online Paper Submission” and follow the instructions). Abstracts will be included in the congress book, so they should not exceed 1.500 characters. Papers received by postal mail, fax or in writing will not be considered. Papers should be submitted in English<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The official language of the EAA congress is English. Therefore, all translations and the use of translation equipment during the congress are prohibited.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Confirmation<\/span><\/span><\/strong> of acceptance or rejection by the SSC will be given after 10th<\/sup> February 2017 and mailed to the corresponding e-mail address of the presenting author, together with instructions for PSD, PS or RF.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The presenters of an accepted paper must register <\/strong>as a participant for the congress before 28th<\/sup> February 2017.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please take into account that once a paper is included in the programme, the author should present it the conference or officially notify the organizers of its withdrawal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

By submitting, the authors accept the release of their paper online. The papers will be accessible as of twee weeks prior to the congress until two weeks after the congress, and only to the delegates. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
