FAQs

1.When will the notifications of acceptance be sent?

The notifications of acceptance will be sent on 7 February.

2.When should I register to have my paper included in the scientific programme?

The authors of accepted papers should register by 28 February. Beyond that date, papers will NOT be included.

3. When will the scientific programme be available?

The scientific programme is available two weeks before the Congress.

4. Can I upload my latest version of the paper after acceptance?

Yes, the deadline for doing so is 15 April.

5. Can I change the title of my paper after acceptance?

Yes, the deadline for doing so is 15 April.

6. I forgot to add a co-author to my paper. Can I still do it?

Yes, you can do it via the submission system or contact the Executive Officer for assistance.

7. Can the presenting author be changed? 

Yes, if the actual presenter is registered to the congress and does not present another paper yet, this can (and should!) be changed.

8. I won’t come after all, but my co-author will come in my stead. Is that OK?

Yes, if your paper is accepted, also a co-author can present it, if they are registered and don’t present another paper yet. If your paper is accepted but you don’t register, and you do not assign a different presenter in your stead, the paper will not be included in the programme.

9. What happens if my paper is accepted but I do not register?

Your paper will NOT be included in the programme.

10. What happens if my paper is accepted but only my co-author registers? 

It will NOT be in the programme unless you change the presenting author in the paper submission platform.
