The PDF version of the program (with or without active links to papers) serves as the official record and will be included in the Congress Book. This version is managed by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC). For inquiries or changes, please contact the LOC at eaa2025@luiss.it. Before emailing, review the notes on the second page of the program booklet. Only factual corrections will be accommodated.
The application-based program is independently hosted and maintained via the XCD system. The database will go offline once the Congress concludes, so correcting minor errors is unnecessary. However, schedule changes will be synchronized between the two platforms.
Session set-up:
All sessions last 90 minutes.
Each session is assigned a session chair. When the session chair is not present, the first discussant (PSD) or presenter (PS/RF) serves as the chair. The chair’s responsibilities are to introduce presenters, discussants (if any), and managing the time allocated to each paper:
Parallel sessions with discussants (PSD) have 1–2 papers. For each paper, allow 20 minutes for presentation, 10 minutes for the discussant, and 15 minutes for audience discussion.
Parallel sessions (PS) have 2–3 papers. For each paper, allow 20 minutes for presentation, and 10 minutes for audience discussion.
Research forum sessions (RF) have 2–5 papers. For each paper, allow 10 minutes for presentation, and 8 minutes for audience discussion.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your presentation, chairing, or discussion to upload any materials you need onto the session room PC.
