How?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Two days before the Congress, you will receive an email containing your personal QR code. Please present this QR code upon arrival to have your badge printed on site.<\/div>\n

Where?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration will take place at<\/p>\n

Prague University of Economics and Business<\/a><\/p>\n

Winston Churchill Square 1938\/4<\/p>\n

Prague 3 \u2013 \u017di\u017ekov<\/p>\n

The registration desk will be located in the Italsk\u00e1 Building.<\/p>\n

When?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Tuesday 26 May from 17:00 to 20:00<\/p>\n

Wednesday 27 May from 08:00 to 19:00<\/p>\n

Thursday 28 May from 08:00 to 18:00<\/p>\n

Friday 29 May from 08:00 to 14:00<\/p>\n

How to enter the campus?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

There are three entrances to the university campus, through<\/p>\n

The Old Building (brown on the map & photo below; entrance from W. Churchill Square)<\/p>\n

The New Building (red on the map; entrance from W. Churchill Square)<\/p>\n

The Italsk\u00e1 Building (grey on the map; from Italsk\u00e1 Street)<\/p>\n

Easist way to registrations<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

You may use any of the entrances to access the campus.<\/p>\n

However, if you are arriving for the first time and need to register, we recommend entering through the Italsk\u00e1 Building (from Italsk\u00e1 Street), as the registration area is located there.<\/p>\n

Most delegates arriving by public transport<\/a> (tram, bus, or metro + walk) will reach the campus near the Old Building (Star\u00e1 budova, photo below), located opposite the Winston Churchill monument.<\/p>\n

From there (see the pink arrows on the map)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Walk around the right-hand side of the Old Building<\/p>\n

Continue uphill for approximately 100 metres<\/p>\n

Enter through the Italsk\u00e1 Building (there will a congress banner over the entrance)<\/p>\n

The registration desk is located just inside the entrance. A cloakroom is also available where you can leave your luggage.<\/p>\n

Orientation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you need any assistance, our student assistants\u2014wearing pink Congress T-shirts\u2014will be available in front of and insed the the campus to help guide you.<\/p>\n
