10 February  2026<\/b>  <\/b>–>  Notification to participants about papers’ acceptance or rejection<\/span><\/p>\n

10 March  2026<\/b>  –>  Deadline for early registration and registration of authors of accepted papers<\/span><\/p>\n

As a reminder, the presenter(s) of an accepted paper must<\/strong><\/span> register as a participant for the congress before 10th March 2026<\/strong><\/span>. Compiling the congress schedule is a monumental task that requires time, effort and coordination between the members of the Scientific Committee, local organisers and the EAA Executive Officer. Authors registering past 10th March at the late fee WILL NOT have their papers included in the programme.<\/strong><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
