Due to limited capacity, availability is first come, first served.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Important note:<\/strong> <em>The participation in the events preceding the Welcome Reception will be available only with the special tickets. No pre-booking available (first come, first served): the tickets for the concert or for the boat cruise will be distributed during the registrations and the delegates shall pick them up to participate. No later requests for tickets can be accepted.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\"><strong>Option 1:<\/strong> Concert at the Rudolfinum by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prazakquartet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Pra\u017e\u00e1k Quartet<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n\ud83d\udd57 Concert time: 20:00 \u2013 20:45<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd62 Venue opens: 19:30 (Main entrance from N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Jana Palacha)<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccd Rudolfinum<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Capacity of around 1,150 places &amp; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Admission only with Congress badge + Concert ticket<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">After the concert, participants will proceed directly to the Welcome Reception<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\"><strong>Option 2:<\/strong> Evening Boat Cruise on the Vltava River (1 hour)<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd62 Boat departure: 19:30 from Dvo\u0159\u00e1kovo n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Prague+Boats\/@50.0917668,14.4160045,17z\/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x470b95c189a4c2bb:0x54c2904ffa9edab7!8m2!3d50.0920559!4d14.4165946!16s%2Fg%2F11gw27q81f?hl=cs&amp;entry=ttu&amp;g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDQyNi4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prague Boats Pier 6<\/a> &#8211; below &#8220;\u010cech\u016fv Bridge&#8221;). Be there on time!<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccd Vltava River, boat <strong>Bella Bohemia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Capacity of 200 places as an alternative for participants not attending the concert &amp; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Admission only with Congress badge + Boat ticket <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Participants will arrive at the Welcome Reception venue after the cruise (3 to 5-minute walk from Tier no 6 to the Rudolfinum)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important note:<\/strong><em> The main entrance of the Rudolfinum will close at 20:00.
