The Paris-Dauphine University would like to invite you to take part in EAA Annual Congress 2013. Present your company and attract new customers, expand your networks and give your company the reputation it deserves. You may choose between the sponsorship categories:
1. GOLD SPONSORSHIP (3.000 – 5.000€)*
- Company logo in the conference proceedings;
- Short presentation of the company in the conference proceedings, incl. photograph (PR article, up to 900 characters with spaces);
- Advertisement in the proceedings (1/1 page);
- Logo on the conference website with the direct connection to the company’s homepage;
- Logo in the atrium for coffee breaks (number of announcements is agreed upon individually);
- Logo on the screen in the Paris-Dauphine’s reception (during the conference and before if agreed upon individually);
- Distribution of promotional material in the conference bags;
- Company’s presentation with a promotional stand (roll-up) in the conference rooms;
- Verbal acknowledgement of the company’s name at the gala dinner;
- Participation of the company’s representatives at the conference;
- Posters in the advertisements area (clip-clap frames) at the most visible areas at the faculty, possibility of advertising before, during and after the conference.
2. SILVER SPONSORSHIP (1.000 – 3.000€)*
- Company logo in the conference proceedings;
- Short presentation of the company in the conference proceedings, incl. photograph (PR article, up to 500 characters with spaces);
- Advertisement in the proceedings (1/2 page);
- Logo on the conference website with the direct connection to the company’s homepage;
- Logo in the atrium for coffee breaks;
- Logo on the screen in the Paris-Dauphine’s reception (during the conference and before if agreed upon individually);
- Distribution of promotional material in the conference bags;
- Company’s presentation with a promotional stand (roll-up) in the conference rooms;
- Verbal acknowledgement of the company’s name at the gala dinner;
- Participation of the company’s representatives at the conference.
3. BRONZE SPONSORSHIP (up to 1.000€)*
- Company logo in the conference proceedings;
- Advertisement in the proceedings (1/4 page);
- Logo on the conference website with the direct connection to the company’s homepage;
- Logo in the atrium for coffee breaks;
- Logo on the screen in the Paris Dauphine’s reception (during the conference and before if agreed upon individually).
