How to register?
Registration for the conference should be done through the EAA online registration system. All participants and accompanying persons must register for the congress. Early registrations are due on 28 February 2025. The late fee will be automatically charged if your payment has not been received by 28 February 2025. Alterations to the registrations will only be accepted in writing.
As a reminder, the presenter(s) of an accepted paper must register as a participant for the congress before 28th February 2025. Compiling the congress schedule is a monumental task that requires time, effort and coordination between the members of the Scientific Committee, local organisers and the EAA Executive Officer. Authors registering past 28th February at the late fee WILL NOT have their papers included in the programme.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of your registration form and payment by credit card, the Congress Secretariat will confirm your registration in the congress. You will receive a formal confirmation in due course.
Starting the 2024 congress, the EAA also supports members in low/middle income countries by offering a reduction of their membership fees. The membership fees from low/middle income countries are applicable to delegates whose university is based in the countries listed here.
