Wednesday 27 May from 08:00 to 19:00
Thursday 28 May from 08:00 to 18:00
Friday 29 May from 08:00 to 14:00
How to enter the campus?
There are three entrances to the university campus, through
The Old Building (brown on the map & photo below; entrance from W. Churchill Square)
The New Building (red on the map; entrance from W. Churchill Square)
The Italská Building (grey on the map; from Italská Street)
Easist way to registrations
You may use any of the entrances to access the campus.
However, if you are arriving for the first time and need to register, we recommend entering through the Italská Building (from Italská Street), as the registration area is located there.
Most delegates arriving by public transport (tram, bus, or metro + walk) will reach the campus near the Old Building (Stará budova, photo below), located opposite the Winston Churchill monument.
From there (see the pink arrows on the map)
Walk around the right-hand side of the Old Building
Continue uphill for approximately 100 metres
Enter through the Italská Building (there will a congress banner over the entrance)
The registration desk is located just inside the entrance. A cloakroom is also available where you can leave your luggage.
Orientation
If you need any assistance, our student assistants—wearing pink Congress T-shirts—will be available in front of and insed the the campus to help guide you.
