We are pleased to inform all participants that the Prague Public Transit Company (PPTC) will provide free public transportation for registered congress delegates, subject to the following conditions:
- The Local Organising Committee will provide PPTC with the list of the congress delegates.
- The delegates data will contain First name, Last name, Country & Email as indicated in the registrations. The personal data of the delegates will be used for the purpose of public transport passes only.
- Tickets are provided in the electronic form only, using the PID Lítačka mobile app (download at Google Play or App Store).
- Two working days before the event, Prague Public Transport Company emails instructions on how to download the app (if not done yet), enter the codes and activate the passes.
- The passes are valid from Tuesday 26 May (0:00 AM) to Saturday 30 May (11:59 PM) on all municipal public transportation means (trams, metro, buses, trolleybuses and ferries); the details will be specified in information email.
- Do not forget to activate the ticket prior the first usage; the details will be specified in information email.
