There will be three social events during the EAA 2026 Annual Congress.
Early Bird Reception

Where: Campus of the Prague University of Economics and Business
Placement: Atrium of the Rajská Building (Exhibitor’s and Catering Area)
Welcome Reception
When: 27 May 20:45 – 22:30
Where: Rudolfinum
Standing reception with food and beverages
Open to all registered congress participants
Entry is permitted with a congress badge
Pre-Event Programme
Before the Welcome Reception, participants may choose one of the following activities. Due to limited capacity, availability is first come, first served.
Important note: The participation in the events preceding the Welcome Reception will be available only with the special tickets. The tickets for the concert or for the boat cruise will be distributed during the registrations and the delegates shall pick up them. No later requests for tickets can be accepted.
Option 1: Concert at the Rudolfinum by The Pražák Quartet
🕗 Concert time: 20:00 – 20:45
🕢 Venue opens: 19:30

Limited seating capacity & Admission only with Congress badge + Concert ticket
After the concert, participants will proceed directly to the Welcome Reception
Option 2: Evening Boat Cruise on the Vltava River (1 hour)
🕢 Boat departure: 19:30 from Dvořákovo nábřeží (Prague Boats Tier 3B)

Alternative for participants not attending the concert & Admission only with Congress badge + Boat ticket
Participants will arrive at the Welcome Reception venue after the cruise (3-minute walk from Rudolfinum)

When: 29 May 19:00 – 24:00
Where: Obecní dům (The Municipal House)

22:00-24:00 Live performance by the Gustav Brom Czech Radio Big Band
