A large number of researchers have widened the traditional limits of accounting to consider its impact on organizations and on society in general. The Konopka Workshop on Accounting and Management Control constitutes a discussion forum for researchers with an interest in the organizational and social aspects of accounting systems.
Therefore, the workshop values the social implication of accounting as well as the Interdisciplinarity of papers. Interdisciplinarity refers to strong relationships between accounting and other organizational fields (e.g., strategy, finance, marketing, HRM, CSR or R&D) as well as other fields, such as sociology, history, or environmental studies.
The 25th Konopka Workshop will be held the 23rd and 24th of June 2022 in Burgos, organized by ERGO Research Group from Universidad de Burgos.
The 25th Konopka Workshop welcomes the following types of submissions:
The first two types of submissions must consist of an extended abstract either in English or Spanish (maximum 500 words). The third type of submissions must consist of a full paper.
Abstracts and full papers must be sent to giergo@ubu.es
