Salary and Workload: the annual gross salary is approx—€ 33.000 (not negotiable). The position is full-time research (Teaching can be negotiated on top and up to 50 hours per year. Conditional on the winner’s needs).

The Department of Economics and Management of the University of Padova invites applications for a two years postdoctoral position starting in the Summer of 2023. Applications by candidates of any nationality are welcome. Knowledge of English is a necessary requisite. Successful candidates are expected to do qualitative and quantitative research activities and submit at least an article in a three stars CABS ranked journal, in addition, to contributing to the intellectual environment of the dSEA.

Job Description and Position

The dSEA is seeking to fill a position in the following area:

Accounting and management control

The ideal candidate should have expertise in the area of accounting and management control with some specificities for sustainability and organizational resilience, adequate quantitative and qualitative research skills and a completed PhD. The successful candidate will be asked to join the accounting and management control team and work in collaboration with a senior researcher on a stimulating research project about (a) sustainability transition processes at an organizational level and the related role of accounting and management control; (b) organizational resilience and the related role of accounting and management control.
