π§© Structure of the Session
πΉ Part I β Plenary Session (10:00 β 11:15)
The first part will consist of a plenary session with short contributions from invited speakers, offering different perspectives on how to craft an academic CV and navigate early academic career choices. The session will also include the participation of former PhD students, who will share their experience and insights, including their involvement in ARC initiatives such as the PhD Visiting Scheme.

The second part of the event will be an interactive **CV clinic**, where participants will receive feedback in small groups. Participants will be divided into breakout rooms led by experienced researchers. This session is designed to provide practical and personalized feedback on participantsβ CVs.
