The University of Bristol and the GREEN Research Centre (Bocconi University) are pleased to announce the Bocconi-Bristol Second Sustainability and Green Finance Research Workshop. The workshop will be hosted at Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and will feature a keynote presentation by Philipp Krueger (University of Geneva, SFI).

The conference organizers invite submission of high-quality papers in accounting and finance on the topic “New Global Challenges: Climate Change, Biodiversity Loss, and Geopolitical Risk.”

We welcome full papers (no abstract-only submissions will be considered) that use theoretical, empirical, or experimental approaches and make an original contribution to accounting or finance in the areas of sustainability and geopolitical risks, broadly defined. All submissions will be evaluated based on their originality, significance, and relevance to the conference theme.

This will be a two-day in-person conference featuring a small number of papers on the program to provide ample time for discussion and create a stimulating environment. The conference will start on the morning of June 4 and will terminate before lunch on June 5. The conference will be free of charge.
