Hawaii Accounting Research Conference 2026 (HARC-2026)

January 3 – 5, 2026, the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, Honolulu, Hawai’i

Submission Deadline: August 15, 2025 (11:59 p.m. HST)

The Hawai’i Accounting Research Conference (HARC) is an annual global accounting conference organized by the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa (UHM). The conference will allow attendees to engage in lively discussions about intellectually stimulating accounting research.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

Kathryn Kadous, Schaefer Chaired Professor of Accounting at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School

REGISTRATION FEES:
– $200 Ph.D. Students
– $650 Regular Registration
– $750 Late Registration

Registration is first-come, first-served, and space is limited to 350 people.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
– Limited dorms and small apartments on campus are available January 1 – 7, 2026.
– Limited special HARC rates will become available at the Prince Waikiki (to be announced in May 2025). Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra also provides special HARC rates for Kona and Waikiki Towers- rates to be announced in May 2025.
