The two-day event builds upon the long-standing tradition of the Tilburg Spring/Winter Camp and aims to bring together accounting researchers and practitioners to discuss emerging issues in the field of accounting. This years’ symposium and research camp focuses on the theme Empowering Accounting with AI.
The first day will feature keynotes and panel discussions by leading academics and practitioners in the field. The second day will bring together accounting researchers to share and discuss their latest research. Given the intimate nature of the event, we encourage all participants to attend both days.Participate!
For the second day of the event, we invite submissions of original papers addressing research questions related to this year’s conference theme Empowering Accounting with AI. This includes, but is not limited to studies that examine issues such as:
-The role of the accountant in AI Accountability
-Skill-sets for accounting professionals in the age of AI
-Necessary standards for the risk management of AI
-AI for decision–making and control
-Measurement of AI impact
