THE POSITION
emlyon business school is looking for a Professor in Management Control, Accounting, or Auditing. Applications are invited at Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level, with a primary focus on research, beginning full time in September 2023 in Lyon / Ecully campus, with possible travels to the other French campuses (Paris, St. Etienne).
The candidate will join the Accounting and Corporate Finance Department. He or she will closely collaborate with our existing team of professors and researchers whose research interests belong to the interpretive and/or critical tradition of accounting research. The Accounting and Corporate Finance faculty’s most recent publications include Accounting Auditing and Accountability Journal, Business History, Critical Perspectives on Accounting, European Accounting Review, Journal of Corporate Finance, Management Accounting Research, Research Policy, etc.
The candidate is willing to contribute to courses and program development projects (Master in Management, MSc, Executive Masters, eMBA, BBA) in management control, accounting, or auditing.
