Erasmus School of Economics welcomes applications for assistant professor in financial accounting, management accounting, and auditing.

Job Qualifications
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who have a Ph.D, or expect to complete a Ph.D in the near future, and can demonstrate the potential for outstanding achievements in research and teaching in the fields of accounting, auditing and/or management control. Assistant professor positions involve a six-year tenure-track (with generous extensions for parenthood). Tenure decisions are based on individual performance, principally in research and teaching. Teaching is in English (for Dutch-speaking candidates, there may be opportunities to teach in Dutch) and the teaching load is low. The compensation package is competitive relative to European salaries and includes several secondary benefits, such as a pension plan that is partially funded by the university. Favorable tax agreements may apply to non-Dutch applicants.
