Salary and Workload: the annual gross salary is approx—€ 38.000 (not negotiable). Net of social security net salary is approx. 2.250 (13 yearly instalments). The position is full-time research (Teaching can be negotiated on top and up to 50 hours per year. Conditional on both availability and willingness needs).

The Department of Economics and Management of the University of Padova invites applications for a two years postdoctoral position starting in the Spring 2023. Applications by candidates of any nationality are welcome. Knowledge of English is a necessary requisite. Successful candidates are expected to do qualitative and quantitative research activities and submit at least an article in a three stars CABS ranked journal, in addition, to contributing to the intellectual environment of the dSEA.

Job Description and Position
The dSEA is seeking to fill a position in the following area:
Accounting and management control
The ideal candidate should have expertise in financial accounting, with focus on (alternatively) governance, criminal firms, finance, esg, public policy. Applicants must have been granted a PhD by the application data and show continued ability to produce high level research, both empirical or theoretical. The successful candidate will be asked to join the accounting group and work in collaboration with a senior researcher on a stimulating research project about the nationwide project on developing ‘greens, sustainable, equitable societies’.
