The Department of Economics and Management of the University of Padova invites applications for a two years postdoctoral position starting in the Summer of 2023. Job Description and Position
The dSEA is seeking to fill a position in the following area:
Accounting and management control
The ideal candidate should have expertise in the area of accounting and management control with some specificities for sustainability and organizational resilience, adequate quantitative and qualitative research skills and a completed PhD. The successful candidate will be asked to join the accounting and management control team and work in collaboration with a senior researcher on a stimulating research project about (a) sustainability transition processes at an organizational level and the related role of accounting and management control; (b) organizational resilience and the related role of accounting and management control.
