We are looking for outstanding researchers working on topics related to accounting (including tax accounting), auditing, or corporate reporting who may be interested in joining us at the Universitat Politècnica de Valéncia (UPV, https://www.upv.es/).
The program offers permanent research positions in the UPV with highly competitive conditions, including:
• Permanent contract
• €80,000 gross annual salary
• €150,000 start-up research funding
• Additional relocation support
Candidates will join a vibrant and interdisciplinary academic environment with strong support for research development, collaboration, and competitive funding applications. Knowledge of the Spanish accounting institutional context and the Spanish language is very valuable.
We are especially interested in researchers with an excellent international track record, leadership potential, and experience developing meaningful research for standards setters, practitioners, and society as a whole.
Eligibility includes:
• PhD obtained before 1 January 2016
• At least 10 years of postdoctoral experience
• No current permanent position in a Valencian research institution
