Tampere is a very compact city in which it is easy to get around by walking. Furthermore, Tampere Hall is located right next to the centre of Tampere. The city is therefore a convenient conference location as all the conference hotels and sites of the social events are located within a walking distance from the conference venue. Please refer to the section ‘Hotels’ for more detailed information concerning the locations of the hotels. Tampere has also a reliable public transportation system, in addition to which taxis are widely available. There will be no organised bus transportations during the conference apart to and from the Hotel Scandic Rosendahl. Bus transfers The local organizers have arranged bus transfers for delegates staying in Hotel Scandic Rosendahl. The schedule of the transfers is as follows: Wednesday 13 May At 12.00: from Hotel Rosendahl to Tampere Hall At 21.00 and 22.00: from the Welcome Receptions at the Old City Hall and at the Museum Centre Vapriikki to Hotel Rosendahl.
