Thus, in case the hotel you wish to book is not shown on the reservation form, it means that there is no availability for the days you have specified. In such case you need to choose one of the hotels which are shown on the form.

We recommend the Hotel Scandic Tampere City within a 5-minute walk from the Conference venue, or the Scandic Hotel Rosendahl located in a beautiful lakeside setting just 2 kilometers from the city center and with transfers to the Conference venue and the social events.

EAA 2009 ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of any kind has to be made in writing to Congreszon Ltd. All refunds will be made at the exchange rate of the refund date. The organizers or the congress office cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.

If a cancellation concerning accommodation is received by March 30th 2009, the deposit less a cancellation fee of EUR 50 for administrative expenses will be refunded. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after March 30th 2009.
