Accommodation has been reserved at a variety of hotels close to the conference venue (see MAP);

Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservation and remember to check the reference code you need to quote next to your chosen hotel in order to quality for these rates, which are available from 27^th April – 1^st May 2015. Any additional nights would be at the hotel rates. Hence if you arrive earlier than 27^th April and/or leave later than 1^st May 2015, you will have to do separate bookings.

All rates quoted are per room per night and include breakfast and taxes unless otherwise stated.

If you wish to share a room with a colleague to reduce your accommodation costs, please book a TWIN room. Only one of you will need to make the accommodation booking and provide credit card details. Please decide yourselves who will do this.
