Hotel Accommodation
In close consultation with the conference organization, MECC Hotel Services has blocked rooms for reservation by conference participants in various hotels in Maastricht at very competitive rates. There are no extra costs, NO reservation fees. Please use the link below to book your room. Please note that the rates advertised are available only for the period 10-14 May 2016 (for some hotels for the period 9-14 May 2016; please check the hotel of your choice), and only when booked via MECC Hotel Services. Any additional nights are at the hotel rates and need to be booked separately, via MECC Hotel Services, the hotel itself, or other channels. Thus, if you arrive earlier than (9 or) 10 May and/or leave later than 14 May 2016, you will have to do separate bookings. You may wish to share a room with a colleague to reduce your accommodation costs. If you would like to do so, please choose the "double occupancy" option for the room of your choice.
