Critical Perspectives on Accounting has launched a Special Issue titled “Critical Perspectives on Accounting in Italian” to offer Italian-speaking scholars the opportunity to bring their work to the attention of the international community and articulate their ‘critical perspectives’ in their own language (Submission Deadline: 31 October 2022).

There will be an online workshop related to the Special Issue on Monday 16 May 2022 (from 14.00 to 18.00 Italian time) and Tuesday 17 May 2022 (from 9.00 to 13.15 Italian time). The workshop will feature presentations from authors interested in submitting to “Critical Perspectives on Accounting in Italian” and presentations from the Editors of the Journal who will provide insights on the meaning of critical research, its main themes and suggestions on how to publish in Critical Perspectives on Accounting.

The workshop programme attached includes a link to be used for registering for the event. Presenting a paper to the workshop is not a prerequisite for submitting a paper to the Special Issue. The workshop will be held in English but original paper presentation slides will be in Italian. The deadline for registrations is Friday 1 May 2022, following which a link to the event will be sent to those who have registered.
