Tourism Opportunities

We have put together a selection of a few thoroughly selected activities and excursions that are highly recommended for participants who are interested in spending some enjoyable spare time while getting acquainted to the local flavours, as well as some of the most renowned tourist attractions in Bucharest and Romania in general.

Participants who are interested in attending one or more of these activities are invited to access the link for additional detailed information related to each tour / excursion, then to contact directly the corresponding listed travel agency (detailed contact information is also found below for each option). Please note that all the tours and activities are to be reserved and paid by the participants directly to the travel agencies, and no financial liability lies with the EAA for any of these activities. Each agency has also provided a deadline for registration and reserves the right to cancel any attraction that is not confirmed by the desired number of people, within the indicated deadline.

Additional requests (related to the dates, logistics and other tour options) are also to be addressed directly to the tour organisers. All recommended travel agencies are certified, high quality and best reviewed tourism operators that will accommodate the participants’ requirements to the best of their abilities.

We have first finalised the list of tours and excursions that are organised outside of the congress dates. We are currently negotiating with several agencies and restaurants to propose some agreeable opportunities for relaxation on Thursday evening, 16 May 2024. We will provide this list as soon as possible, for your convenience. So, make sure that you check back this tab regularly for updates.

You can stay in contact with us at eaa2024bucharest@gmail.com for more information that cannot be clarified with the tour operators.
