Paper Submission:

• The deadline for paper submission is October 1 st, 2026. Authors should send a Word or PDF file of their completed paper in English. Each submission should have the following on the cover page:
• 1. Title of the paper
• 2. Author’s name, affiliation and E-mail address
• On the second page of the paper should be an abstract.
• Please submit your electronic version of your paper to nycuconference@gmail.com and cflee@business.rutgers.edu. Authors will be notified of the review committee’s decision by October 15 st, 2026.

Publication Note:

• To be considered for publication in RQFA Special Issue, the authors should email his/her paper to cflee@business.rutgers.edu and cflee@nycu.edu.tw with a USD $250 submission fee.
• To be considered for publication in RPBFMP Special Issue, the authors should submit the papers to RPBFMP (https://www.editorialmanager.com/rpbfmp) with a USD $150 submission fee. Please send an email to cflee@business.rutgers.edu and cflee@nycu.edu.tw to indicate that it is a submission to Special Issue.
