The EAA is pleased to announce a new session in the series of “Meet the Editors” events.
For the healthy future of our accounting academe, it is essential that PhD students and junior faculty learn how to navigate the increasingly high expectations set on the quality of research work. This series of events provides early career scholars with an opportunity to learn and discuss how to successfully manage the competitive process of paper publication.
The third EAA “Meet the Editors” virtual session will take place on Zoom on June 20, 2022 at 4.00 pm CET (e.g. Brussels time), featuring Andrei Filip, the Editor of the Accounting in Europe (AiE). AiE is one of the house journals of the European Accounting Association, it is known for its approach to reach a mixed academic and practitioner readership, and publishes high-quality studies that contribute to research, practice, policy and regulation. AiE welcomes papers adopting a variety of paradigmatic and methodological approaches, written in an accessible fashion for its mixed audience.
AiE encourages the work of early academic scholars and Andrei will gladly answer the questions of junior academics on how to get published in this journal.
